T-Zone Project

The T-Zone project was one of our largest and most complex undertakings, spanning across four individual buildings. Each building was equipped with its own Air Handling Units (AHUs) for both the supply and extract systems, ensuring optimal airflow and ventilation throughout. We also completed the installation of several Fan Coil Units (FCUs) on each fit-out floor to maintain a comfortable environment. The project included a significant amount of fire-rated ductwork for kitchen feature use systems, which was crucial for meeting stringent safety standards. As the entire installation was exposed and on show, we ensured the work was delivered absolutely snag-free, with a clean and professional finish. The project lasted approximately two years, and thanks to our dedicated team, we successfully completed it ahead of schedule, delivering a high-quality result well within the expected timeframe.
